It would be cool if you actually got to choose which ability to level up. I really used to like playing the Delicious series of Mother Nature but the last few efforts have been lackluster to say the least, this title included. I normally don't play with the music Sparkle Unleashed but at the Virtual Families, it sounded pleasant and enhanced the "game mood. I hope they Detective Jackie: Mystic Case Collectors Edition more and continue the story. These are multiple choice, and each interrogation has one unique interaction, that you'll want to see, because you'll get an achievement for finding that dialogue. I really enjoy games from this developer. The only part that I do not agree with is making this a collector's edition. The minigames are not timed, at least not in normal Battle Slotsbut are very visual and gives you a chance to do something different. Cause that would break my heart. So now you have to refocus on who wanted what and remember what your game plan was before the mini challenge was triggered. Admittedly, it does start slow with a lot of dialogue, but the game play picks up and achieving 3 stars on first play becomes rather difficult and earning those upgrade crystals becomes really important. Plus, these mini challenge moments can happen up to 3 times in the later levels. No, of course not. Achievements are important! Verdict: Mystic Case is an absolutely gripping tale, and I had a hard time pulling myself away to deal with real life.

You're going to want to get each and every achievement you can, because they will generate gems that you will use Mystjc unlock new abilities. And you don't have to replay an actual TM level to get the dialog right, they separated it making those moments their own actual level, so you can replay them as many times as it takes to get to the correct series of dialog. I liked the "ring upgrade" system instead of choosing attributes from a menu. The protaganist, Jackie, had some kind of "ability" which I'm still not sure was ever explained- certainly not well. Just so slow moving because you had to select dialog and the whole game was stopped for the mini-games. Cause that would break my heart. But this storyline takes a unique perspective; a creative mix of fantasy and actual Greek mythology. Please note that we can't help you out if you write about it in your post. The story line was different and captivating. Gameplay was per the usual for the Delicious games but the interruptions in the middle of a level to complete some silly "mini game" were annoying. You complete the challenge and are sent back to the main game wherever you left it. I am not sure why people feel it is a "kiddie game", I am old as dirt and I loved it; but lets face it; games that are not violent, horror based, or adult themed in general, are for ALL ages. There might be two minis, but there can be three, so you might miss out on that 3rd piece of information if you don't get all three. Yay, lets eat" ending, we've come to expect. You know the ones, like "don't do anything for 30 seconds", "make 40 pots of coffee, even if no one wants it" or "everybody is coming in so angry you will never get full hearts see above comment as to why this is frustrating to me.
