Everytime Erik spoke, I got chills and was like "Talk again! This is the new gold standard in online games! I like to try to be balanced with some pros and cons, but this game was truly outstanding. My only real disappointment seems to be the fact that there's no wallpapers for the desktop after all the scenes them selves are fantastic. Definitely a great game though..! I did have one thing that was a minor annoyance. I loved this game to the extreme! The story line pulls you in and the levels are beautifully done. Spoiler alert for ending! The music is also eerie and haunting but it has not the same effect of the movie with the booming sound of the organ reverberating through the catacombs of the ruins. The snow scenes and the night views are still very clear and precise. I would love to play the sequal to this game if they ever decide to make it. It lets you know what is needed to be done or what is needed to be found and gives you a subtle hint of what is needed to accomplish the feat. The movement from one area to another can be slow since there is no warping. Need i say more..

Surprising ending. Then you add this, and it becomes superb! The heart of Big Fish Thank you for the beautiful game. The storyline is excellent just love it. Bottom line- I think all PotO Charma: The Land of Enchantment will enjoy this game. This game is great! As a writer, I really appreciated that If I had a complaint, it would only be that the sequel isn't completed yet. The atmosphere literally shouted "The phantom of the opera". I never wanted it to end! That would be cool I have been a phan for many a year and only somehow just found this gemstone. Oprea one of my top favorite Hidden Object Adventure games ever! While I don't tend to like sequals to things. This is one of the most amazing games ever!

Please give us a sequel to this game. This game is beautiful. Overall, the look of the game was fantastic, in my opinion. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by AngelOfMusic from Return To The Opera I am a great lover of mysteries and classic tales and this game was definitely worth the purchase. Definitely a great game though..! Overall one of my top favorite Hidden Object Adventure games ever! The graphics are great but, the hidden object layouts are used repeatedly and very dark. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by jeani2u from One reason I love "Big Fish Games" I have played this game many times because of the storyline. The bonus chapter was fun and I am glad I bought the collectors edition! If I had a complaint, it would only be that the sequel isn't completed yet. Loved it!! A good 5 hr straight play. I like to try to be balanced with some pros and cons, but this game was truly outstanding. But skip button available if needed. It has a variety of puzzles, some are easy and some use logic.

The story and the game are Fantastic! I love how they drew the Phantom. For cryin' out loud, people are writing fanfiction over this game. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by LateRose11 from One of greatest games, but lacks an actallual ending Overall the story line is great, the Ancient Rome and hidden objects were excellent, the music Teh soud effects are awesome, but there is no ending. Definitely worth it. The overall atmosphere was enchanting, while still giving the Opera House that look of neglect. At least the map did show the tasks still needing accomplished and what rooms they Phanyom in. A good 5 hr straight play. After all that It was repetitive and I finally turned it off. The video scenes also add a ton of backstory so even if you don't know Phantom of the Opera the game explains Mystey quite well.

I love it and play it often!! Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Nadies14 from Great game!! It's an excellent mostly adventure game with some hidden object scenes, playing different rooms and some outside of an opera house. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by jeani2u from One reason I love "Big Fish Games" I have played this game many times because of the storyline. Hope the sequel comes out soon. There were parts that made me scream and jump and it always kept me on my toes. Well worth the money. It is perfect for Phantom Phans like me and there are many references to the musical, movie and book to pick up on. Make sure you check your diary occasionally for help in some of the puzzles. Cons: -The ending of the game. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Hookedonbigfish from Phantastic, great solid game The long abandoned ruins of the Paris Opera House is the abode of the jilted ghost who is still trying to plot the return of his lost love but it is the daughter of whom he has set his sights on as she is the perfect look alike of his long lost love. Please make it! Surprising ending. Spoiler alert for ending!

However, once I began playing the game, I discovered that their daughter going through it is fascinating, since she seems to know nothing about the whole fiasco. Evelina said very few things pertinent to the game, so listening to some nice dark classical music went well for me. The love that hurts. I have been a phan for many a year and only somehow just found this gemstone. There has to be a seuqul to finish the story! Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by gingergal from My favourite hidden object puzzle adventure game of all time OVERVIEW - It's time to start comparing the gold standard of adventure games - dire grove - to this game rather than the other way around. Cons: -The ending of the game. I truly hope they release a sequel for the game so that players may receive the chance to find out what happens to both our beloved phantom and Evelina. This truthfully is a spectacular game, and I recommend it to anyone who likes HO games. The silhouettes on the hint button helped when running your cursor over the word Spoiler alert for ending! 1. Overall one of my top favorite Hidden Object Adventure games ever! So now I think he wants her to do the same so she shows her affection. This game is beautiful.

  2. Overall one of my top favorite Hidden Object Adventure games ever! Cons- some of the HOS were a bit dark and hard to find or see thankfully I have a big widescreen monitor, so it wasn't too bad and I was able to complete them all , but they might present a challenge for those with smaller monitors. The storyline, the graphics, and the uniqueness of this game drew me in.

  3. I usually am not one for hidden object games, but I like games such as the Nancy Drew games, so I gave it a shot. I just realized this is the first game I gave five stars in all aspects. Being a bit of a musical nut, I purchased this game, and was at first disappointed, since the main characters, Christine and Raoul, are past all of the Phantom stuff. Well worth the money.

  4. If you are looking for an early game that's fun, intriguing and holds your interest, this is a game you should try. The silhouettes on the hint button helped when running your cursor over the word I was also a little disappointed with the end including the bonus level.

  5. I couldn't have been more thrilled wirh this. Overall, the look of the game was fantastic, in my opinion. Although it was silly that the Phantom didn't recognize that was not Christine, but her daughter. I bought this game because I am a huge fan of 'The Phantom of the Opera'. I really played this one slow and it took me 7 intriguing hours over a week.

  6. And I've played a lot of them! I usually am not one for hidden object games, but I like games such as the Nancy Drew games, so I gave it a shot. Please give us a sequel to this game. 9. And what about Chirstine and Roaul? I did have one thing that was a minor annoyance. This game tied nicely to the whole idea of who the Phantom was and did not step out of character with him one little bit.

  10. The game is excellent, my only complaints: too short, and she talks too much. I couldn't wait to have "me" time and get to the next challenge. This game is great! Everything about this game was interesting, thrilling, chilling, creepy in a good ol' fashioned PotO way , heart wrenching

  11. All in all, the CE includes some fun things, but I wouldn't tell you it's a must have. The guide was a great help if you needed some assistance. The hint mirror took awhile to replenish, but was helpful. I even felt that the Opera Ghost was there beside me. The art and music was amazing.

  14. I thought it was interesting, but it came as a surprise. Cons- some of the HOS were a bit dark and hard to find or see thankfully I have a big widescreen monitor, so it wasn't too bad and I was able to complete them all , but they might present a challenge for those with smaller monitors. Imagery was beautiful, puzzles were interesting, and storyline was magical. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by navypeas from Fun, challenging, but not like the musical. There was a disconnect with the Phantom's voice over as if Evelina wasn't hearing it.
