There are only 6 Mini-Games and 5 Hidden Object Scenes taking place over 10 Scene Locations which just shows you that there's a lot of meaningless filler tasks added to stretch the game. Luckily, the well-thought-out and varied hidden object scenes are extremely entertaining, which somewhat make up for the dullness of most parts of the gameplay. The "Gadget" is the newly revised Mystery Tales Glasses upgrade, a Cell Phone that allows you to make and receive calls from the Dearly-Departed which requires a big stretch of one's imagination to contemplate.
