After inheriting a manor in England, you begin to explore the Kangale Estate and discover its history in Shiver: Poltergeist! Ricardo Chellini's life is incredibly dull and full of repetitive tasks that leave him unfulfilled. One day, however, he receives a letter informing him that he's the sole heir to an incredible manor in England. Travel with Ricardo to his new estate and discover its terrifying history in Shiver: Poltergeist, an incredible Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game!Game seemed nice and long, the scenes tied into each other and made sense, and the game really kept my interest. I liked the storyline even though I've seen the haunted house theme a few times in other games. The hint tells you where to go and what to do next. The hint button will tell you where you need to go next if you get stuck. Leaving the sound on is a must for this one. It is not hard at all and if you need help the hint button works great. I loved this game. You feel like a part of a movie, then you learn more about the story through excellent graphics and really nice voice over. There were several puzzles but I didn't find them enormously challenging. A nice gray, dark theme and the perfect game for a chilly Saturday afternoon. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by amberpaige from Awesome Game, Lots of fun! It is also a mature, professional and well crafted game. The introduction to the game is very well done.
Despite these two issues, the latest in Artogon's Shiver series remains a good investment. It is just the right amount of fun and and enough of a challenge to keep you going and thinking, "Hey this game is fun"!! Don't need Strategy Guide!!! The puzzles are not very hard and I wish they had been. This game DOES have color though in addition to the gray being there, and also nice detail with it being set in a manor house. Does not have voice over and you do need to go all over the place to find clues but the flow is good. This really is a spectacular HO Adventure. However, if you read the letters carefully and know where you are when you read them, you get to make a good guess at who it was; it is suggested to you, but you could miss it if you miss one particular letter or skimp over its contents. What is the point? I thought the commentary was rather humorous at times. The mystery kept me interested and wanting more. In fact, even with the negatives, this is my new favorite game!
Latino Shiver: Poltergeist pensez vous
It is a long game and just a fun one to play. The storyline Shiver: Poltergeist very clever and keeps you guessing! The HO scenes were a little murky and I did use the hint button. Between the sudden crash of thunder, and the abrupt starts and finishes to short musical pieces, to the hollow ringing of your shoes on the pavement, sound really makes this the true thriller it is. The objects in the HOS were sometimes hard to see. The first Shiver game, Vanishing Hitchhiker, made me jump a few times; this one gave me the full-on willies now and then. The main game takes a satisfyingly long time to complete Polergeist for expert Shiver: Poltergeist object players and after that, an additional chapter unlocks. The other negative is the abrupt, inconclusive ending. I'm sorry I The Timebuilders: Pyramid Rising be more specific about what I mean. But little he realized about the real changes which are about to happen as he learns the history behind the manor. Top quality graphics, and a very involving story. Obviously Mall-a-Palooza was tons of fun. One is the unseen protagonist and the other is an antagonist I Poltergeiwt. I couldn't stop playing until I finished.
Boy, everyone was right. This game is so EASY but not too easy!! It is not hard at all and if you need help the hint button works great. Poltergeist is the challenge for you this time. There are many pages of a diary and letters to be find, which fill in the background of the story very nicely. Decidedly creepy and very appropriate for this game. This game DOES have color though in addition to the gray being there, and also nice detail with it being set in a manor house. I couldn't stop playing until I finished. I enjoyed this game very much. The mini-games that you run into as you proceed are very familiar if you have been inthis genre for a while now. They were all fun and unlike some other games, the puzzles weren't thrown in just to make the game longer. I think the music contributed to the game in a way I've never experienced. The adventure part is very well thought through. There is a journal to accompany you in this game.
The Agency of Anomalies: Mystic Hospital scenes were drawn really nicely with great detail but I really enjoyed the interaction, such as flashlight, using Shiver: Poltergeist Battle Slots items list together or a lot more interactivity with puzzles than other adventure games I've played. Top quality graphics, and a very Shiver: Poltergeist story. What is the point? Wish I had bought the collector's now. It will help you a lot!! This really is a spectacular HO Adventure. I only bought the SE so I didn't get to see that extra level which is disappointing but I enjoyed the game. In any case, once I got going it became very interesting and enjoyable. This game is so EASY but not too easy!! There is a journal to accompany you in this game. It never got in the way and was never boring. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by sfr8rfan from Scary Good I loved Gods vs Humans game. Game seemed nice and long, the scenes tied into each other and made sense, and the game really kept my interest. There were plenty of HOGs and they were well executed, and meaningful in terms of what was added to the inventory.
Personally, I was happy to scratch my head over where to get a shovel rather than pushing buttons aimlessly trying to make them all stay down. My family thought I'd abandoned them. Lots of rooms! The scenes were drawn really nicely with great detail but I really enjoyed the interaction, such as flashlight, using objects in items list together or a lot more interactivity with puzzles than other adventure games I've played. Those last 30 seconds just frustrate. The colors and art is amazing, I totally fall in love with its colors and a big environment. And so I am left with just one thought — Did the butler do it? The game follows the footsteps of the Shiver series. Here's a couple negatives: In part one we are introduced to the two main characters. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by sfr8rfan from Scary Good I loved this game. The VOs were exceptional as were the cut scenes. There are lots of places to go, much to explore, many rooms to find and still no butler showing up to help you. Shiver: Poltergeist Collector's Edition is a recently released hidden object puzzle adventure game with a not so unique story but still with very high production values.
