Haunted Manor: Halloweens Uninvited Guest

Prepare for a ghoulishly good time in this chilling installment of the Haunted Manor series from Eipix Entertainment! It was supposed to be a simple, festive Halloween party with your closest friends and family. But when your guests start going missing, you realize something more sinister is at play. Have forces from beyond the grave really risen to seek their revenge? And what is the secret they hide? There won’t be any treats unless you survive their tricks in this spooky hidden-object puzzle adventure game!

The hidden objects are unique. The puzzles were interesting, and difficult. The main game took me roughly three hours and 15 minutes on the easiest difficulty mode, and the bonus chapter, which gives the game another perspective, added another 40 minutes. The only drawback is some of the acting is pretty wooden, but I could totally get past that. I liked the novel mini-puzzles, the maze and picking the locks. Characters present but not in your face. Every single scene is extremely rich in details, special effects, and Halloween decorations. The thing that saves the game from being dull is the storytelling, which is on-point most of the time. Have fun but do not wait for Freddy or It or Something like that. Christmas games are right around the corner, too. The voice acting and lines were terrible in my opinion and the puzzles felt like they lacked depth. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by tophatmcgee from Renewed my faith in the series! This could have been spun-off into a new series or a standalone adventure.
