I Dark Canvas: A Murder Exposed enjoyed the logic of this game. So when an SE comes along that still has lengthy play, storyline that has staying power throughout the game, a healthy mix of HOP's and puzzles; I gotta stop and thank these wonderful developers and encourage fishers who play like me to give this a try! Another great plus is the simple but clear directions on the puzzles. I was happy Magic Cards Solitaire 2: The Fountain of Life use the map included in this edition because you travel all over that house gathering inventory clues, puzzles, and HOS to discover the killer. I recommend this game. There are Achievements to earn and my favorite feature, Haunted or Beyond Morphing Objects are available in every scene, AND there's no cursor change to say "here I am" which makes it so much better! The story sent me back in time to the murder mysteries of the 50's. Rush Hour! Gas Station always been a fan of the Dark Canvas series, but I do want to voice my opinion about the games of late that seem to have more makings of a great movie, and less game play. Loved the characters, the mansion house, and the evening pelting down with rain. Rated 5 out of 5 by skyroria from The secret's in the soup, snap it up! Along the way a little history is revealed about the Whittles.

Family secrets never stay secret for long, even poor old dad, Jasper thinks his daughter knows the truth, and this truth is as ugly as it get's! Worth trying it out on the demo. I found this feature to be really intriguing, especially once I started taking the pics that began to piece together a storyline I needed to know more about. Thank you for this great game, was worth every penny! Interesting little game. I tried to use the hint to solve the dart board puzzle, to no avail. Give it a try and enjoy your next rainy afternoon at the 'manor'! I love the cinematics, but I also love the puzzles which seem to be scarce lately. So many layers and puzzles, despite the best of my efforts to solve them all, I was unable to find the last of the solutions without the walk-through. But what I really liked was that the Bonus game was connected in a way that I only understood later and yet knew that even if the Characters of the Bonus game were the characters of the main game- I would enjoy it just as well. Well done.

I found this feature to be really Battle Slots, especially once I started taking the pics that began to piece together a storyline I needed to know more about. Many locations to explore. There are many rooms to explore but you cannot gain access until the time is right. Date Daek Rated 5 out of 5 by OldLady50 from No portals or flying islands It has a very good storyline, interesting Mahjong Valentines Day, clean and pleasant graphics, and awesome background musics! If you like to read "cozy" mysteries think Agatha Christie then this is the game for you. And it was refreshing not having absurdly impossible scenarios at every turn. It is old school in the fact that you have to use your brain again! No fairy tale plot lines.

Frank and Carol's wedding at the Hollow Oak Estate was absolutely beautiful, and they've asked you to return this evening to take one last photograph of Carol and her beloved sister Martha. But all the other parts of this game are intuitive, logical, and creative. There is so much to discover and so many things to find that at first the game seemed a bit more difficult than usual. There is a lot to do from the start, a transportable map a must for me! The graphics were nice, no overly done color schemes. The good far outweighed the bad for me. It's a great break from the games developers are putting out now. Used the hint a few times, but the teleport map is just as useful. Family secrets never stay secret for long, even poor old dad, Jasper thinks his daughter knows the truth, and this truth is as ugly as it get's! This is truly one of the very very good ones!! Date published: Great atmosphere in the rooms.

Just enough to hint at more hidden secrets that you don't know. The Hidden Object Puzzles vary, but none are really unique, I will say however, for the first time in a long time, there was an item I had difficulty spotting on the very first listed item HOP the baby carriage There are Silhouetted Shape finds, and a couple of them required you to find the item in the green text of a sentence one of which was through a tiny keyhole. Great atmosphere in the rooms. The only thing that I have to say negative is that the environment sounds are tied in with the music. The background sound was great in creating an atmosphere of a good murder mystery! I actually enjoyed the logic of this game. The entire package blends together to create a game that I love. Quite a who-dunnit! And the bonus chapter was really cool too. Gorgeous graphics and artwork. It appears that the game is well balanced between HOPS and puzzles. Adult story line, no fairies or elves, and no talking frogs to give advice. With a bit of a ghostly side line, but not enough to make it repetitive. The HOPS in the game are quite different than normal and at least early in the game none were the standard list type.

Happy gaming everyone Date published: And there were little surprises in the twists and turns of the characters' agendas. There is a lot to do from the start, a transportable map a must for me! In more recent games, they show up and if you click too fast they are gone and create a distraction trying to pull them back up if you didn't quite get it the first time. A bit short, but great little time killer. The Mini Games seemed a little on the simplistic side, I was able to finish all of them on the first attempt withing a few seconds, but I've played a lot of games and I've gotten familiar with most of them.
