There is no widescreen. Fortunately, this game is pretty straight forward when it comes to things that are just lying around for you to grab. I really really enjoyed The Beast of Lycan Isle Though it's very easy to play and finish the game, it still excites you and leaves you in wonder. Moving around the mapped area was easy and very fluid. Also, there were times when the Help button was not helpful, but I got through it and never had to visit a walkthrough. The Bonus section, was absolutely part of the story and worth having in this game. The puzzles are a nice mix of types with none of them too frustrating or difficult. This is one of the best point-and-click games I've ever played. The "Museum" is the bonus part. The inventory goes automatically down, but you can still see half of it.

Overall, very good game. The Graphics were very clear. Click on the "X" and the Inventory goes down again, but still shows the items in your inventory. Good puzzles, multi-layered. When you click on the "Inventory" button, the whole inventory is visible. In more ways than one I suppose : Finally, even though the animation is rather out dated, the game's aesthetic is beautiful and very fitting for the mood of the game. So far. The navigation wasn't as obvious as in other games and the hidden object scenes were different. I thought they would never finally release it. The graphics were really old-fashioned and not very well done. I am sure we all know what to expect from this game, seeing that the title is "The Beast of Lycan Isle. And the woman that helps you out is a hoot! For someone like me who is frankly tired of HOGs and traditional puzzles, this is a wonderful change. Good speaking characters, esp. This is definitely one of my favorites now.

Hamel The Beast of Lycan Isle Collectors Edition

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. The graphics were really old-fashioned and not very well done. Astro Bugz Revenge don't normally review games much but this game really caught my attention. The inventory goes automatically down, but The Time Portal can still see half of it. I played in Casual mode, but was appalled at the amount of hand-holding. It follows your progress and stays open where you were last. The Menu button is at the top left. Writing and storyline were on point. I loved the bonus content, even unusual things such as Lycxn extras deleted scenes, artwork etc being an integral part of the game rather than a credits or menu item. The "Museum" is the bonus part. Voice overs could have been better but the graphics were fun and the puzzels challenging enough to keep me working at it. I was enthralled from the first moment and had a hard time pausing whenever real life knocked on the door.

This game reminds me of those olden HOGs, where every little thing that needs your attention in a scene sparkles. I warmly recommend this game and hope there are more coming. Often, a "magnifying glass" or a "hand" cursor is already in place before I even begin to look for something. There is no widescreen. This is one of the best point-and-click games I've ever played. The graphics are good with some very interesting scenes. When you click on the "Inventory" button, the whole inventory is visible. Though it's very easy to play and finish the game, it still excites you and leaves you in wonder. Thanks for those who developed it. I thoroughly enjoyed this game.   1. At the right is your Hint button, which works great outside of the so-called HOS, and takes about 25 seconds to refill in Casual mode. If you love games that are different, with HOS that have a purpose rather than just be irritating stumbling blocks on your quest to find a tool, great graphics and super puzzles, look no further! Thanks for those who developed it. There was a beautiful mix of HO's and other puzzles maybe about half HO , and the HO's were actually functional for the story. You are told this when you try to open the gate.
