Don't bother searching for the Map as one of the helpers gives it to you. They are rather talkative but they do occasionally provide things you need and give you tips. Stranded Dreamscapes: The Doppelganger does not shine in the production department either. There is only one collectible, 40 wine glasses to find, and if you miss one later in the game you have probably drunk the contents of the glasses. Most of the objects that you receive after a hidden object round were NOT among the hidden objects. I recommend you try the demo and see if you agree. It's just not up to snuff for a CE price. The artwork is juvenile, more like old-time comic books rather than the artwork of a modern-day HOG. Game almost a little to dark, but will do. Although the puzzles are a bit easy side they are still enjoyable.

The story is you're Alex, a woman preparing for her wedding when your doppelganger, Xela yes, that's Alex backwards , drags you into creepy mirror world and takes your place in the real world as the blushing bride to be. However, I recommend this game, as I oftentimes want just that: Something to play to immerse myself in, to escape reality, if only for awhile : Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by Torpedo1 from All In The Mirror This game has a lot going on for it. Good stuff: A variety of HOPs, easy mini-games, two little Harlequin dolls as Alex's helpers, a villainess that is the mirrored image of our heroine, collectible wine glasses, and all the CE bling and other game elements you would expect. In this series:. The game progresses at a snail speed with very little backstory to hold our interests. Bad stuff: I turned down the overly loud sounds. I collected lots of stuff, usually in groups of four or more. I could see having nightmares about them. Colors were grainy in appearance and somewhat blurry. You really couldn't miss them. This game is a winner for me albeit the graphics could be crisper. Alex is from a broken home.

This is how all games are done Mother Nature, in this game, it seems to be done in a very disconnected manner. A rather simple game, not much of a challenge. The story is you're Alex, a woman preparing for her wedding when your doppelganger, Xela yes, that's Alex backwardsdrags you into creepy mirror world and takes your place in the real world as the blushing bride to be. The hidden object scenes and the puzzles are very generic and can be solved without much brainpower, although there is no denying that they are pretty well-engineered. No lip movement from the various characters. Date published: Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by sleepyfrandma from Nice game for the gamers who love to play and have a rest! It just feels odd to me. You start getting stuff with no idea of why. All that changed when she met Ryan. I recommend you try the demo and see if The Jolly Gangs Misadventures in Africa agree. On the short side compared to other HOs. Don't bother searching for the Map as one of the helpers gives it to you. My review is based on Bubble Bonanza demo played in custom mode and I'll say right off that this is not CE worthy. I could see having nightmares about them.

Certainly not suspenseful or charming, or anything else that would have grabbed me. The graphics are a bit grainy but they didn't bother me. Still, we were captivated by the doppelganger theme and hints of tragedy Stranded Dreamscapes 2 promises. The visuals in the game are certainly not bad, but they do not look very modern. The bonus section is also fairly basic; a bonus chapter, a strategy guide, wallpapers, concept art, soundtracks, achievements and collectibles. Date published: Colors were grainy in appearance and somewhat blurry. There are achievements to be earned and wine glasses to be collected. Her mother coped by working very hard. This game is a winner for me albeit the graphics could be crisper. The visuals in the game are certainly not bad, but they do not look very modern. As for now, the game clearly loses when stacked up against its World Riddles: Seven Wonders peers. This is how all games are done but, in this game, it seems to be done in a very disconnected manner. But Gunslinger Solitaire you're looking for something with a challenge, then you might just want to skip this one. The voices used for this game were nice and appropriate: nice and distinct. The music is limited and suits gameplay and the voices were pretty good, too. On the short side compared to other HOs. In this game it's the other way around. Even though I love the game, as always, please try the demo to see if you will also find that this game is a keeper. Although the puzzles are a bit easy side they are still enjoyable. I really like this game. The gameplay is extremely formulaic, straightforward and easy. Further, the cutscenes are very blurry, as if they were being developed in the early s.

Stranded Dreamscapes 2: The Doppelganger Collectors Edition - ЧАСТЬ 1 (КОРОЛЕВА ЗЕРКАЛ)

Alex was left feeling lonely and insecure. You really couldn't miss them. I could see having nightmares about them. Don't bother searching for the Map as one of the helpers gives it to you. There is only one collectible, 40 wine glasses to find, and if you miss one later in the game you have probably drunk the contents of the glasses. The music is limited and suits gameplay and the voices were pretty good, too. You get two helpers, one is positive and the is other negative. Personally, I found that annoying. The story, while we are provided with a good amount of information, is nothing new. You start getting stuff with no idea of why. I also would be more than willing to play as a male, if only because I suspect the Devs would let the lead character be more intelligent and move the story along more quickly. All in all, this isn't that bad of a game, if you're looking for something laid back with an easy flow to it. Can you help Alex escape this nightmare and reunite with her love before it is too late?

You have to find your way back to the real world and you're assisted in the mirror world by these two very creepy dolls who's voices send chills up and down the spine. Good stuff: A variety of HOPs, easy mini-games, two little Harlequin dolls as Alex's helpers, a villainess that is the mirrored image of our heroine, collectible wine glasses, and all the CE bling and other game elements you would expect. At the end of the demo I looked at the page of the wine glasses and when I moused over them I could see there were a lot more areas listed than what the interactive game map had shown so that tells me this is probably a longer game. Game almost a little to dark, but will do.

  7. On her wedding day, however, her evil doppelganger sneaked out of the mirror world and switched places with Alex! I recommend you try the demo and see if you agree. On the short side compared to other HOs. In this series:.

Certainly not suspenseful or charming, or anything else that would have grabbed me. Years ago her little sister died and her father left soon afterward.

  12. Their wedding day is rapidly approaching. I consider myself to be an intermediate player, even though I've been playing HOG's for years, and this game was too easy for me, at least as far as the demo goes. The story is you're Alex, a woman preparing for her wedding when your doppelganger, Xela yes, that's Alex backwards , drags you into creepy mirror world and takes your place in the real world as the blushing bride to be.
