I can't decide if the remaining books were roughly written and poorly edited or if the writing alone was so high-schoolishly poor that some beleaguered editor somewhere gave in to gibbering exhaustion and the publishers went to press hoping no one would notice. As a 'recommended by the library' book I didn't know what to expect and so looked up some reviews before diving in. I listened to the audiobook and found the format to be somewhat challenging to follow.
