Midnight Calling: Arabella

A nice touch in the game is that we are offered a choice of having a cute little kitten as a helper. Switch three types of items — bats, fangs, and cups so that each row has items which match up and each column has items of the same color. I like the series very much. Arabella has been contacted by Callum, a character from the main game. Water everywhere, streaming and winding. It is a long chapter and I feel this chapter is better in some ways than the main game. Map puzzle. There are several smaller zoom zone HOP's or several objects to find once you open an interactive inventory item. I also wish Elephant would provide an indicator bar to show if there are collectibles within a scene which need to be located. He helped me by getting things out of reach. The game is full of colorful graphics that I personally find a bit cartoonish and not my favorite style. Just about every scene is almost a computer game version of something that could be real! I thinks fans of Midnight Calling and those who are new to this series will enjoy this one and I recommend this lengthy and engaging mystery adventure. Good news, you can opt to leave her where you found her! There are also several tried and true HOPA cliche items used throughout the game, the famous container of Magic Oil that removes 30 years worth of rust, a glass shard knife, a hive of angry bees and of course, a vial of green acid that eats through a solid chunk of metal instantly.

  1. Megalithic-sized rocks in the environment and huge castles. You play the game as Arabella and awaken on the shore of an island after what you only imagine was a shipwreck since you have no memory of events past the turbulent storm that had your ship being tossed about in the towering waves. I couldn't go back and pick up the shard and morph I missed. Press a button to test your path after you have set it up. Untangle flaming ropes so none cross.

  2. You can only switch items which are the same color or item. And, more importantly, why would anyone want to kidnap him. Alessandra casts a spell on Damien and tells him of his omnipotus powers in an attempt to influence him and turn him against you. The cabinet has several shelves so locating theitems is not easy.

  3. The storyline is a little bit bloodthirsty in a few short scenes, but not too much is shown, and most of it is left up to your imagination. The game moves smoothly and the objective is quite clear. Most are easy to locate.

  4. A plan that will make her an incredibly powerful vampire. And, more importantly, why would anyone want to kidnap him. Can you stop the plan before the rebels succeed? It is a long chapter and I feel this chapter is better in some ways than the main game.

  5. The HOPS include the usual suspects with the requisite variety. Your efforts to follow the kidnapper are in vain as he blocks your path with brambles that must be removed before you can follow. Needless to say that we abhor these mediocre games that offer no challenge, look terrible, and the story line is worse that a sitcom from ten years ago. This game was beautifully crafted and a very nice change of pace so to the creators thank you very much and please continue to bless our computer screens with more. My favorites in the series is Anabel and Valeria.

  6. The only thing I dislike about this game is the curved inventory bar. However, Elephant provides scenes which alternate searching for lists of items with searching for silhouette items. You can receive the help from a cat — or not. Turn up the environmental sound on your headphones. Most scenes are somewhat interactive.

  7. You also get this option in the bonus chapter as well. I wanted to be able to report how intrusive or annoying she was, and I'm happy to report that she was barely noticeable, plus I thought she was rather cute and unusual looking. He helped me by getting things out of reach. The simplicity of the game persists with the puzzles, as most them can be solved in under a minute and are as standard as can be.

  8. After playing the game and Bonus chapter. In this latest version of Midnight Calling: Arabella you play the lead character Arabella who's brother Damien has been abducted by a fierce female Vampire named Alessandra and she's has devised a devious plan based on ancient blood magic! My favorites in the series is Anabel and Valeria. I wish more developers would offer this option.

  9. This is an extremely straightforward game with clear objectives and plenty of challenges. Despite belonging to the same series as Midnight Calling: Anabel, Arabella plays more like standalone game. We completed the main game in three hours and twenty minutes, and the blasted through the bonus chapter in just 30 minutes. I wish more developers would offer this option.

  10. My only complaint is that I'd love to see more realistic graphics versus the cartoon style graphics this series has. There are achievements to earn and the standard fluff that is found in most CE games. This is an extremely straightforward game with clear objectives and plenty of challenges. Midnight Calling Arabella came along at the perfect time as I now have a more developed appreciation of the characters. For the sake of the future of the elite Vampire Clan you absolutely must save your brother but it won't be easy by any stretch of the imagination

  11. Gear puzzle. Midnight Castle fans know that it's not about what happens in the Castle, it's all about the journey to the Castle. The pace is excellent with plenty of activities. Now, your aunt has kidnapped Damien, put a spell on him, and is planning to use his to usurp your father.
