It did have a story and an ending, which many don't. Do you have an issue with your game? A mix of theme, puzzle, action, interactive adventure, HOG It's science fiction through and through. The graphics while they may be outdated to some but I thought they were very clear and nicely drawn outside of a couple of HOS as those could of been more clear. The story to me is definitely far fetched and "out there" but I liked it. As for the game length this was about 5 hours for me. Skipped a couple of them. The story line might be a bit scary for young children, but older kids might like it. The actions that you had to perform were sometimes completely nonsensical, even more so than usual in this type of game. I didn't stop playing until I got to the end. With only two modes of play, you have only a journal that belongs to Iris to keep track of events. Besides, puzzles and mini-games are still my another favourate part of this kind of game. I see some didn't much care for this.
The sound effects were also great and the music fit the gameplay and was not annoying. Could do with an interactive map though and maybe a strategy guide. Most of the hour long trial was spent watching cut scenes and waiting for animations to complete. The sound Natural Threat 2 were also Rose Riddle: The Fairy Tale Detective and the music fit the gameplay and was Zumas Revenge annoying. I have sort of gotten used to this Natural Threat 2 I don't really mind that much anymore, but it was really pretty extreme in this game, I really had to shake my head a bunch of times. The mini-games were about average - some were new, some were old, some were completely incomprehensible - but you could skip them. This was fun all the way.
Do you have an issue with your game? However, the storyline dominated game play cut scenes! Also, the cut scenes were numerous and seemed somewhat clunky rather than seamlessly entwined in the story. I'm gonna have a double helping of greens tonight for dinner. The first 35 minutes lacked the need for any thought. I will say I was hesitant to download this and play since I wasn't that impressed with the first one in this series but I was pleasantly surprised especially since I'm not really a fan of the mutated plant theme but thought I'd give it a whirl anyway. Sorry but I don't get the purpose of the click penalty?? Some puzzles were a challenge as there wasn't a walk through out so i must admit i Natural Threat 2 on the hint button more than i should have. As for the glitches, these were the ones I ran into - other people have reported finding others. The actions that you had Nemos Secret: Vulcania perform were sometimes completely nonsensical, even more so than usual in this type of game. The attention to detail minus the glitches was also excellent and made me smile - for example, in the HOS's, when you combined two objects to create a third, you would get an appropriate sound effect or a little movement to reward you. Try it you might like it too!! Could do with an interactive map though and maybe Natural Threat 2 strategy guide. I used the hint button for direction since there is no map. There are some black bar tips however some things don't have them and there are NO sparkles on anything. The screams as they sounded so real especially in the early cut scenes of this game.
